A seasoned entrepreneur with multi-disciplinary professional experience in technology, finance, securities, and legal services. Has served senior positions in multinational companies based in New York, Toronto, Hong Kong and London for over 30 years, including executive director of an international investment bank, founder and principal consultant of a HK-China cross border legal consultancy firm.

David Ferris

Co-founder

David has over 20 years experience in investment banking operations, technology and finance. He held senior leadership roles with Goldman Sachs in the US, Switzerland, UK, India, Hong Kong and Australia. With a focus throughout his career on building new businesses, rolling out new technology platforms and transforming organizations, David has always been interested in shaking up the status quo and finding better ways of doing things.

Raymond Wong

An experienced IT professional and entrepreneur with multi-disciplinary industry experiences. In 2010/11, Raymond has succeeded in productizing and commercializing a conventional desktop-based workflow practices into now a brand name online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription platform with market presence and solid customers in Hong Kong, China & Germany.

Chris Chiwook Song

Co-founder, Investment Consultant

Chris is a Korean with over 15 years of experience in business consulting in multiple industries, IP market places and intellectual professional networks in Asia. Chris has been with PwC for over 13 years, responsible for professional services in Hong Kong, China and Korea. Chris is currently a trained crowd-funding consultant and project juror of WADIZ - the number one crowd-funding platform in Korea.
